REFUND POLICY

At ZAAV G, every piece is created with care, intention, and handcrafted artistry.
Because many of our jewelry pieces are handmade or produced in limited quantities, we ask that you review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests under specific circumstances.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

2. Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges may be approved if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect

Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, improper care, or external impact
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Because natural stones and handcrafted jewelry are unique, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are not considered defects.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged due to our error

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for returns.
ZAAV G is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase unless production has already begun
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production starts

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please photograph the packaging before opening
  • Contact us immediately after delivery

This helps us work with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue faster.
